Changed your mind? We will gladly accept returns or exchanges withing 14 days of your receipt of the product. Please contact us withing the 14 day window to request a return or exchange. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping the items back to The Bubble Connection in the original condition in which it was received. A refund or exchange will be processed upon return to The Bubble Connection.
The Bubble Connection holds no responsibility of broken items through the shipping carrier. You may purchase extra insurance for your order at the time of purchase. If your item was received broken from the shipping carrier you must file a claim personally through them. The Bubble Connection will be glad to help you find the resources to do so if you need help.
Each transaction will be processed in the order it was received. Please expect 3-5 days for your order to be processed before it is shipped out.
Have a deadline? We would love to help you. Please contact us prior to placing an order so we can work with you. In some cases we may not be able to make and ship your items withing a certain deadline.
In some cases the shipping carrier does not deliver your package. Maybe due to natural disasters or from a wrong address given upon ordering. Please keep on eye on your tracking information. The Bubble Connection will not intervene if the tracking shows (Still in transit). After 15 days from the shipping date you may process a claim through the shipping carrier. The Bubble Connection is not responsible for doing this but we will help in any way we can.
Shipping costs are calculated by the location, size of the package and weight. If any overages are charged through the website program, The Bubble Connection will return the difference in cost.
